In the midst of summer fun and packing, we still have to eat. The past few weeks have been chaotic when it comes to meals - a lot of eating out, eating at grandma and grandpas, and eating not-so-healthy. This week, I'm back to a plan! We are heading to the beach on Thursday for the weekend, so I only have 3 meals planned.
- Grilled chicken marinated in Asian Sesame dressing, green salad, rice
- Chicken quesadillas with refried black beans
- Red wine and cranberry glazed pot roast, rice, broccoli with cheese sauce
